In a move to expand the breadth of membership on its Board of Advisors, OX3 Corporation named banker Robert C. "Bob" Foley to sit on its governing board. The Board meets quarterly to discuss large topics of strategy, resource management, and growth. Mr. Foley is Vice President of Eagle Bank, which he joined in July 2002 in the Commercial Lending Department. He works primarily with the small to middle market business customer. Bob has over 12 years of commercial banking experience. He started with Shawmut Bank in 1990 in the commercial loan workout area. In 1996, he joined USTrust as a commercial lender in the middle market group, servicing clients in Eastern Massachusetts, among them OX3 Corporation. Bob was responsible for new business development and managed a $25 million middle market portfolio encompassing lines of credit, equipment financing and real estate mortgages. In 1999, he joined Mellon Financial Corp and was part of a team responsible for developing and promoting a new loan production office in the Boston area. Mellon sold the operation in 2002 to Citizens Bank of Massachusetts at which time, Bob joined Eagle Bank.
Bob received his BA in Accounting from Assumption College and his MBA from Bentley College Graduate School of Business. He has been uniquely familiar with OX3 Corporation for eight years. OX3 President Gus G. Widmayer has long relied on Mr. Foley's expertise and prudent advice in all areas of financing. "Bob was instrumental in securing the company's highest line of credit and funding in its long history. At the time, the financing package that he brought to OX3 was aggressive and quite frankly above its ordinary reach." OX3's three web sites are OX3.com, Reelpak.com, and Reel.biz."
