Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has designated OX3 Corporation as a Verified Quality Part (VQP) Supplier. Executive Director of Raytheon's Performance Excellence Initiative, Gerry Zimmerman states: "This recognition is based on a history of excellence in quality deliveries of OX3's products, the satisfactory completion of a quality management system review, and a demonstration of commitment to continuous improvement." As a consequence of this recognition, Raytheon will:
- Perform minimal incoming verification of product shipments for selected parts.
- Monitor quality trends and promptly communicate areas of concern.
- Consider OX3 Corporation in any new proposal activity, and Raytheon Six Sigma Engagements.
- Evaluate retention status on a yearly basis.
On September 9, 2005 Raytheon's Material Acquisition and Product Management Director, Chris Ross encouraged OX3 to: "accept a letter of recognition as notification of induction into Raytheon's VQP Program."
OX3's semiconductor handling services are supported by three web sites at OX3.com for services, Reelpak.com for carrier tapes, and Reel.biz for reels, cover tapes and miscellaneous supplies.
