Monitoring Shelf-life Improves Quality, [LINK]

OX3 adheres to all ISO-9001 requirements in order to ensure smooth, seamless operation and efficient, reliable and uninterrupted service.

Storage of materials is central to that objective.  Materials are stored in their original shipping containers in a cool, dry location.  Care is taken to ensure that these materials are not exposed to direct sunlight and are stored where temperatures and relative humidity stay within a specific range.

Proper labeling of these materials is the next important step to maintaining high quality standards at OX3.   Care is taken to ensure that each container is labeled, as recommended by ISO-9001, with supplier part number, product name, quantity, lot number, date or date code of manufacturing, and OX3 part number.  Another standard procedure here at OX3 that ensures highest quality is monitoring the supply receipt date to ensure that there are at least 6 months of remaining shelf life for each product.  As each product has a different shelf life, this is an involved, yet important process.

Finally, stock is rotated so that the oldest material is used first, protecting usability of all materials, and ensuring the most efficient and profitable use of inventory.  To read more on this subject, please visit our Learning Center online at this LINK.

We at OX3 are committed to quality.  As an ISO-9001 registered company, we can assure that you are getting only the best.   Thank you for your continued support.  We are happy to serve you.
